... I had a follow-up post after the last one I created where I was talking about stuff coz I wanted to update it but never finished it so I made that previous post private. Confused? Not as much as the following...

Pretty much on that post I mentioned (along with other life preferences of mine) that a friend, from our mutual friend group, asked me why I'm single. On my post I said coz I enjoy it & other stuff like if it's reciprocal love then yes, I'd not mind losing my singleness.

If you wanna read the rest then highlight the following.And then after two days we started dating (I guess). In the past I'd low-key get excited if any of our friends would mention him but couldn't care less if he was interested in me coz we're two different worlds. Yeah um, since day one I'd tell him to not expect anything & tried to cut him off many times because my emotional safety comes first to me. Well, he has the energy of a playboy & that's how I see him like. I tried to look past it & he was giving me some kind of warmth so then I got used to him. Human nature wow. And the last time I tried to cut him off because yes, he did the worst thing about my emotional security aka restricted our communication, he pulled me in & then restricted me again... so I blocked him (for power dynamic reasons coz you don't stab Mel's heart like that). I'll get over that,I have to, he's not proven a thing. Not wasting my care, support, adoration, understanding, respect, patience, trust, vulnerability for any entity who cannot even meet me half-way LOL. Yeah so the scam/clown/weakling got removed from my life phew.

So~ all of this time, I was focused on self-care, work, meeting with friends, eating delicious food & planning things.

Not on social media at all, just checking instagram once in a while & watching youtube, checking pinterest.
